I'm sure this is a dumb question, but is ngup.net just a site for people to test their files online before the upload to NG? As in, if somone didn't have their own webspace to test it on?
No, NGup is a place to host files that don't belong in the portal, or mabye you just need a high quality place to phost a file, that's what it's use is.
You should find some more sounds. The two whoosh sounds get kinda repetitive. Other than that, it's pretty damn good. I'm guessing it's for the Madness Collab?

Surely it doesnt need to be at 33fps, you could get away with a much slower one without any loss of quality. But yea, cool dude. Maybe make a more origional animation though
